By opting in to GHOSTBOND text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Text STOP to cancel at any time, and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

8.1 The programme

8.1.1 Programme name: GHOSTBOND Texts. The programme is operated by Scientific Cosmetix LLC for US numbers and Professional Hair Products Limited for all other numbers.

8.1.2 What you will receive: product launches, offers, restock alerts, loyalty updates, and abandoned-cart reminders. Order and shipping notifications are sent separately if you choose them at checkout.

8.1.3 Message frequency varies. How often you hear from us depends on launches, offers and your shopping activity.

8.2.1 You opt in by entering your number in a GHOSTBOND sign-up form and confirming. By doing so, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages from GHOSTBOND at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

8.2.2 You confirm that you are 18 or over and that you are the account holder for the number, or have the account holder's permission.

8.2.3 We keep a record of your consent, including its date, time, source and the wording you agreed to.

8.3 Opting out and help

8.3.1 Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one message confirming the opt-out and no further marketing messages. You can opt back in at any time.

8.4 Sending times

We send marketing messages only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time zone, judged by your area code or delivery address. We will not send more than three messages on the same subject within 24 hours, in line with the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act.

8.5 Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US carriers.

8.6 Privacy

We use your number only as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Our SMS provider, Klaviyo, processes messages on our behalf.

8.7 Customers outside the US

In the EU and UK, we send marketing texts only with your prior consent, or to existing customers under the soft opt-in where the law allows it. Every message tells you how to opt out free of charge.

8.8 Changes and termination

We may change or end the programme at any time and will notify subscribers by text. These terms form part of the Website Terms of Use.
