Authenticity & Authorised Retailer Policy

Genuine GHOSTBOND products come only from ghostbond.com, the official GHOSTBOND stores on approved marketplaces, and Authorised Retailers. Every genuine pack carries a Clarity Code you can verify. Products from other sources may be counterfeit, diverted or tampered with.
12.1 Where to buy genuine GHOSTBOND
12.1.1 Official channels: ghostbond.com; the official GHOSTBOND stores on Amazon and TikTok Shop; and business.prohairlabs.com for trade customers.
12.1.2 Authorised Retailers: distributors, salons and stockists appointed in writing by Professional Hair Products Limited or Scientific Cosmetix LLC. Email cs@prohairlabs.com to check whether a seller is authorised.
12.2 Verify your product
Every genuine GHOSTBOND pack carries a unique Clarity Code. Scan it or enter it at www.clarityy.com to confirm that the product is genuine and to see its batch information. A code that has already been scanned many times, or that will not verify, is a warning sign.
12.3 Warning signs of counterfeits
- Prices far below the recommended retail price
- Sellers on unofficial marketplace listings or social-media shops, or shipping from outside our distribution network
- Missing or misspelled text, a different bottle shape or cap, a missing tamper seal, or a missing batch code or expiry date
- An unusual smell, colour or consistency, or a product that does not perform
12.4 What this means for you
12.4.1 Our quality warranty, goodwill returns, Loyalty Programme and Customer Care support apply to genuine products bought through official channels or Authorised Retailers.
12.4.2 Counterfeit products have not been safety-assessed. We cannot accept responsibility for products we did not make. If you bought a suspected counterfeit, stop using it, keep the packaging and receipt, and contact the seller and your payment provider for a refund.
12.4.3 This policy does not limit any statutory rights you have against the seller you bought from.
12.5 Report a counterfeit or unauthorised seller
Email cs@prohairlabs.com with the subject line "Counterfeit report". Include the listing URL or the seller's name, photos of the product and its packaging, the batch code and your proof of purchase. We may ask for the product to support enforcement action and will reimburse reasonable postage. Reports are handled confidentially.
12.6 Brand protection
12.6.1 GHOSTBOND trade marks, packaging designs and copyrights are owned by Professional Hair Products Limited. We actively enforce these rights against counterfeiters and unauthorised sellers worldwide, including through marketplace takedowns, customs recordals and litigation.
12.6.2 Products sold by unauthorised resellers may be materially different from genuine products sold through our channels. They may be outside our quality controls, relabelled, expired or past their storage limits, or missing our warranty and Customer Care. Unauthorised use of our trade marks or product images to sell them is prohibited.
