Reviews & User Content Policy

We publish every genuine review that meets these guidelines, positive or negative. Reviews marked "Verified Buyer" come from customers we have confirmed bought the product on ghostbond.com.
14.1 Who can review and how we verify
14.1.1 Anyone aged 18 or over can submit a review. A review is labelled Verified Buyer only if it comes from a customer whose purchase of that Product on ghostbond.com we have matched to an Order.
14.1.2 Reviews from other customers are shown without the badge. Reviews from customers who received the product free, or for an incentive, are labelled as such.
14.1.3 Employees of PHPL, SC LLC and their families may not post reviews. Affiliates may post only with a clear disclosure.
14.2 How we handle reviews
14.2.1 We do not edit review content, apart from removing personal data. We do not suppress or delay reviews because they are negative.
14.2.2 We show all published reviews. The average rating is calculated from all of them, and is not filtered to the most favourable.
14.2.3 We do not buy, write or commission fake reviews, and we do not offer incentives that depend on a review being positive. Loyalty points for reviews are awarded whatever the rating (see the Loyalty Programme Terms).
14.2.4 We may reply publicly to reviews, for example to help with a product issue.
14.3 Content guidelines
We will not publish, or we will remove, content that:
- is not about the Product or the customer's own experience;
- contains personal data, contact details, links or advertising;
- is abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or infringes someone else's rights;
- makes medical claims, or describes using the Product contrary to its label (we may contact you about safety instead);
- concerns a product that is not genuine GHOSTBOND; or
- is posted by bots, or by someone with an undisclosed connection to GHOSTBOND or a competitor.
If we remove a review, we will tell the reviewer the reason where we can.
14.4 Your content and our use of it
14.4.1 You keep ownership of reviews, photos and videos you submit or tag with #GHOSTBOND.
14.4.2 By submitting content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site and GHOSTBOND channels. The licence lasts until you ask us to remove it.
14.4.3 We will ask your permission before reposting social media content you did not submit to us. We will not use content in paid advertising without your separate written consent.
14.4.4 You confirm that your content is your own, is truthful, and that any person shown in it has agreed to its use.
14.5 Report a review
Email cs@prohairlabs.com with the review link and the reason. We aim to review reports within 5 Business Days.
