The GHOSTBOND™ Loyalty Program rewards our most dedicated customers and stylists. With three tiers—Bond Lite, Bond Elite, and Bond Pro—you can unlock exclusive perks like early product access, discounts, referral bonuses, and more just by shopping and engaging with the brand.
Joining is easy! Create an account on our website, and you’ll be automatically enrolled into the Bond Lite tier. From there, your activity—like purchases, referrals, and reviews—will help you level up to Bond Elite or Bond Pro.
Each tier unlocks increasing rewards:
- Bond Lite: Access to member-exclusive sales, 1 point per $1 spent.
- Bond Elite: Early access to new launches, free samples, 1.25 points per $1 spent.
- Bond Pro (for verified stylists): Pro-tier pricing, higher point earnings, dedicated stylist support, and affiliate opportunities.
Bond Pro is reserved for licensed stylists and salon professionals. During sign-up, you’ll be asked to submit verification credentials. Once approved, you’ll gain access to pro discounts, education tools, and content support.
Points are earned for every purchase, referral, product review, and social share. You can redeem points for discounts at checkout or save them for exclusive loyalty drops and rewards.
No, points do not expire. Stay active by making purchases or engaging with the brand to keep building your points!
How do I check my current loyalty tier and points balance?Log in to your GHOSTBOND™ account and visit the “My Rewards” tab. You’ll see your current tier, point balance, and rewards history all in one place.
