RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Change-of-mind returns

Consumers may cancel within 30 days of delivery, subject to statutory rights and hygiene exclusions.

2. Return conditions

Returned goods must:

• Be unused where possible

• Include original packaging and accessories

• Include proof of purchase

We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, subject to law.

3. Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.

Banks may take an additional 5–10 business days to credit funds.

4. Faulty items

Faulty or incorrect goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with consumer law.
