11.2 Who should use the products
11.2.1 GHOSTBOND products are for adults aged 18 and over. Keep them out of reach of children.
11.2.2 Do not use on broken, irritated, sunburned, inflamed or infected skin, or on a recently treated scalp (for example after microneedling, scalp micropigmentation, chemical peel or surgery) until healed.
11.2.3 If you have a known sensitivity to acrylates, adhesives, latex or any listed ingredient, or a skin or scalp condition, talk to a doctor or dermatologist before use.
11.3 Using products safely
- Patch test. Before first use, and when changing products, apply a small amount behind the ear or on the inner forearm as directed on the label. Wait the time stated on the label before full application. Do not use if redness, itching, burning or swelling develops.
- Follow the label. Use the amount, drying time and wear time the label directs. Remove with GHOSTBOND removers or the method the label specifies. Never pull a unit off without dissolving the bond.
- Ventilation and flammability. Some removers and sprays are flammable or contain solvents. Use them in a well-ventilated area, away from heat, flames and sparks, and do not smoke during use.
- Eyes and mouth. Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes and mouth. If contact occurs, rinse with plenty of water.
- Storage. Store tightly closed at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Do not use after the expiry date, or after the period-after-opening (PAO) symbol period has passed.
- Hygiene. Do not share applicators. Clean the scalp before application, following the GHOSTBOND preparation steps.
11.4 Reporting a reaction or adverse event
11.4.1 If you have a reaction, stop using the product. Remove it gently with the recommended remover, and seek medical advice if symptoms persist or are severe. For a medical emergency, call 911 (US) or 112/999 (EU/UK).
11.4.2 Report the reaction to us at safety@prohairlabs.com or by phone on +1 800 778 4247 (US) or +353 53 917 8582 (Ireland). Please include the product name, the batch or lot number on the bottom of the pack, where you bought it, and when and how you used it. Photos are optional.

We tell the authorities about serious undesirable effects or serious adverse events as required by law: the HPRA (Ireland) or the relevant EU national authority; the Office for Product Safety and Standards (UK); and the FDA within 15 business days for serious adverse events (US). You can also report directly to the FDA through MedWatch (fda.gov/medwatch).
11.4.4 Health information you send is handled under section 6.2.1 of the Privacy Policy.
