Affiliate Programme Terms
Last updated: 5 November 2026
Affiliates earn commission on qualifying ghostbond.com sales made through their tracked links or codes. Affiliates must clearly disclose the relationship in every post. They may only make claims that GHOSTBOND has approved.
10.1 Parties and acceptance
10.1.1 These terms form an agreement between you (the "Affiliate") and the Seller for your country of residence. For US residents that is Scientific Cosmetix LLC. For everyone else it is Professional Hair Products Limited.
10.1.2 You accept these terms by applying through our affiliate platform. The agreement starts when we approve your application.
10.2 Eligibility and application
10.2.1 Applicants must be 18 or over, hold a ghostbond.com account in good standing, and run a genuine audience channel. Bond Elite members may apply, and stylists and hair-replacement professionals may apply directly.
10.2.2 We may accept or reject any application at our discretion. Distributors, wholesalers and Authorised Retailers join under their own trade terms, not this programme.
10.3 Commission
10.3.1 You earn commission, at the rate set out in your affiliate account, on the net value of Qualifying Sales. Net value excludes tax, shipping, discounts, gift cards, returns and cancellations.
10.3.2 A Qualifying Sale is an Order placed on ghostbond.com that: (a) is attributed to your link (within the cookie window set out in your affiliate account, last click) or to your code; (b) is shipped and not returned or cancelled within 30 days; and (c) is not a self-purchase, fraudulent, or bought for resale.
10.3.3 Commission on each Qualifying Sale becomes payable 30 days after the sale, once the refund window has closed. It is then included in the next monthly payment through the affiliate platform. You are responsible for your own taxes. US affiliates must provide Form W-9. Non-US affiliates must provide Form W-8BEN where required, and VAT details where applicable.
10.3.4 We may change commission rates with 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect commission already earned.
10.4 Disclosure (mandatory)
10.4.1 You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to GHOSTBOND in every piece of content that promotes it. Use #ad or #GHOSTBONDpartner at the start of the caption or on screen, plus the platform's paid-partnership tool where available. Video content must also include a spoken disclosure. A disclosure only in a bio, behind "more", or among a block of hashtags is not enough.
10.4.2 You must comply with the FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255), the FTC Trade Regulation Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465), the CCPC and ASAI influencer-marketing guidance in Ireland, the UK ASA/CAP Code, and the rules of each platform you use.
10.5 Content and claims
10.5.1 You may only make product claims that appear in GHOSTBOND's Approved Claims Sheet or on the Product label. You must not:
- make medical, therapeutic or hair-regrowth claims, or claims that a Product treats any skin or scalp condition;
- make hold-time, waterproof or "safe for everyone" claims beyond the approved wording;
- claim personal use of a Product you have not used;
- disparage competitors or make comparative claims we have not approved;
- post reviews of GHOSTBOND products on ghostbond.com, Amazon or any retailer without disclosing the relationship; or
- promote, sell or link to counterfeit, grey-market or unauthorised GHOSTBOND products.
10.5.2 You must show and describe correct application, including the patch-test instruction where relevant, and must not show use on broken or irritated skin.
10.5.3 We may require you to edit or remove content within 48 hours of a request.
10.6 Prohibited methods
Affiliates must not:
- bid on GHOSTBOND trade marks or misspellings in paid search, or use them in domains, handles or app names;
- post codes on coupon or deal aggregator sites without written approval;
- use cookie-stuffing, spam, unsolicited messages or bots, or buy traffic;
- self-refer, or offer cash-back or rebates; or
- impersonate GHOSTBOND, or present themselves as an official account.
10.7 Licence and content rights
10.7.1 We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the GHOSTBOND name, logos and approved assets solely to promote GHOSTBOND under these terms.
10.7.2 You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to repost and share content you create about GHOSTBOND on GHOSTBOND-owned channels, with credit to you. We will seek your separate written agreement before using your content in paid advertising.
10.8 Relationship
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner. You have no authority to bind GHOSTBOND. The programme is non-exclusive.
10.9 Term and termination
10.9.1 Either party may end this agreement at any time on 7 days' written notice.
10.9.2 We may end it immediately if you breach clauses 10.4 to 10.6, or engage in fraud or conduct that harms the brand. In that case, unpaid commission connected with the breach is forfeited.
10.9.3 On termination, you must remove affiliate links and codes and stop using GHOSTBOND marks within 14 days.
10.10 Liability and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the commission paid or payable in the previous 12 months. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your breach of law or of these terms, or your failure to disclose.
10.11 Governing law
US affiliates: the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Pasco or Hillsborough County. All other affiliates: the laws of Ireland and the Irish courts.
