Accessibility Statement

We are committed to making ghostbond.com usable by everyone. Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The Site is currently partially conformant, and we list the known gaps below with their current status.
13.1 Our commitment
13.1.1 This statement is made by Professional Hair Products Limited and Scientific Cosmetix LLC. It applies to ghostbond.com and its checkout.
13.1.2 It is published under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), as implemented in Ireland by the European Union (Accessibility Requirements of Products and Services) Regulations 2023. It also reflects our commitment to US customers under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
13.1.3 Our standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and EN 301 549.
13.2 How the Site supports accessibility
- Keyboard navigation throughout the shopping journey
- Text alternatives for product images
- Sufficient colour contrast, and text that resizes up to 200%
- Form labels and error messages at checkout
- Compatibility with current screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
- Ingredients and directions for use provided as text, not only as images

13.4 Assessment
The Site was last assessed on 5 November 2026 by self-assessment. The home, collection, product, Bond Buster quiz and cart pages were tested automatically against WCAG 2.2 AA using axe-core 4.10. The quiz and cart pages showed no automated issues. Manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, including checkout, will follow. We review it at least once a year and after every major redesign.
13.5 Feedback and alternative access

13.6 Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, consumers in Ireland can contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. In other EU countries, contact your national market surveillance authority.
