7.1 What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. This policy also covers similar technologies, including pixels, tags, local storage and SDKs (together, "cookies"). It supplements the Privacy Policy. PHPL and SC LLC are responsible for the cookies set on the Site.
7.2 Your consent
7.2.1 Visitors in the EU, EEA and UK see a banner on their first visit with equally prominent Accept all, Reject all and Manage preferences options. Non-essential cookies are blocked until you opt in, as required by the European Communities (Electronic Communications Networks and Services) (Privacy and Electronic Communications) Regulations 2011 and the GDPR.
7.2.2 Visitors in the US can opt out of advertising cookies through the "Your Privacy Choices" link. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out.
7.2.3 You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the cart and checkout from working.

7.4 Affiliate tracking
If you arrive through an affiliate link, a referral cookie records the referral so that the affiliate can be paid commission. This cookie is set only with your marketing consent in the EU and UK. It lasts for the cookie window set out in the Affiliate Programme Terms.
7.5 Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties such as Meta, Google and TikTok, and are governed by those parties' own privacy policies. Data they collect may be transferred outside the EU under the safeguards in section 6.5 of the Privacy Policy.
7.6 Updates
We review the cookie list at least every 6 months and after any new app or tag is installed. The full current list is available in the Cookie settings panel.
